Refund policy

All unopened and unused retail products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It will need to be returned to our mailing address above stating "Attention: Returns Department". Used or past 30 days of purchase orders, will no longer be eligible for a return.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed within 14 business days.
